I am Dr. Danielle Litoff PT, CTNC, and that has been my journey for the last decade . I have worked and continue to work through my health issues, I AM RISING.
Along the path I have found 13 women in Reno who are also rising. We have compiled a book appropriately called, Reno Rising. These strong women have had difficult situations; homelessness, drug addictions, loss of a child, depression, and rape. These women are your neighbors, friends, and the women you know who inspire by just being in the room.

Gudni Gunnarsson is a life coach and yoga instructor and the creator of GlóMotion. In the 1980s, he began his thirty-five-year career as a fitness trainer in Iceland and became a pioneer in the fitness industry. As founder of Iceland‘s first professional gym and Fitness & Nutrition magazine, Gunnarsson quickly established himself as a leading contributor to the holistic approach to mind and body development.

Pam Lott, CTNC, is a sustainable wellness coach and speaker who teaches people to empower themselves and develop sustainable habits that make worry manageable, get their energy back on track, and show up fully, rather than with what’s leftover. Pam is the creator of the ‘Sustainable Spirit Mini-Guidebook and Monthly Journal’ and author of the forthcoming ‘Sustainable Spirit Guidebook’.
She is a graduate of the Institute of Transformational Nutrition and certified in the Health Coach Institute’s Transformational Coaching Method.
